On March 31, 2022, the VMARK DESIGN VOICES forum with the theme “Resort interior design trends and market overview” opened the event in the series of Design Week events. Vietnam VMARK 2022.
Forum co-hosted by VDAS | VMARK and GROHE bring to more than 200 attendees who are Designers, Architects, Real Estate Developers, Tourism Managers… an overview of the tourism-resort market and A new trend in interior design of the post-Covid tourism-resort industry, aiming for a sustainable and authentic lifestyle “Design For Life”.

The event with the presence of eight guest speakers who are leading experts in the design, management, and development of resort real estate projects… brought close and useful sharings about the current situation. as well as trends in management, development & interior design of the resort industry. Regarding the tastes of post-Covid consumers, a representative from GROHE shared: “In recent times, we have noticed a clear change in design trends when Hygiene/Hygiene issues are taken care of. and pay more attention than before, especially in public areas, common areas such as pubs or club houses.”

After the pandemic is considered a difficult time but contains many opportunities for businesses to transform in the near future. Ms. Naomi Thuy Nguyen from YC Interior commented: “Today, in order to form an opinion on hospitality, we do not stop at the fact that we think of schools like before, but we have to give priority to safety. safety and health. Because today’s customers look to safety.”

Through sharing, the perspective of each speaker coming to Design Voice 1 has brought together pieces to create a panorama picture of the interior design of the tourism and resort industry in the near future.
