On the basis of an extensive strategic partnership, Japan and Vietnam have maintained and developed in many fields. The two countries are continuing to strengthen their relations and build good relationships, Japan wishes to join Vietnam to organize many diverse economic and cultural exchange events, including the Japan-Vietnam festival.

It can be said that, over the years, a series of exchanges between Japan and Vietnam has always brought Vietnamese and Japanese people interesting experiences. Vietnam and the world are facing many risks of the Covid-19 pandemic, so cultural exchange activities are also affected. However, it was in this difficult time that the relationship between Japan and Vietnam became deeper and tighter than ever before. Could you tell us more about the friendship cultural and educational cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in 2021 and the following years?

When learning about the culture and history of Vietnam, I really understand the meaning of April 30, this is an important anniversary for you. Congratulations once again to the 46th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, reunification!

Every year, I am invited to attend major Vietnamese celebrations such as National Day 2.9, Liberation of the South, and Reunification April 30 every time the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan solemnly holds a celebration. hey, and I understand more deeply about the meaning and affection of you through each anniversary.

Our country of Japan has many great anniversaries. But when I ask about Japan's memorable anniversary, I personally want to mention the National Construction Day. In Japanese history for thousands of years, we have Kien Quoc Day, the day that according to legend, February 11, 660 BC, the first emperor of Japan appeared, Emperor Jimmu ruled. Japan.

In 2020, the Covid 19 epidemic broke out globally, disrupting all activities between countries as well as in Japan, and travel, tourism, business, investment, business and study were delayed. . The confusing and cramped situation at home has made many Japanese as well as Vietnamese living in Japan difficult and even unemployed.

The gap, stopping business has made many minds become confused, anxious and inhibited. My Japanese and Vietnamese colleagues in Tokyo discussed and discussed together: Why don't we try to organize the Vietnam Festival right in the pandemic? A Vietnamese festival in Japan that takes place safely during the intense Covid 19 season will help relieve the psychology of many Vietnamese as well as Japanese.

The Vietnam festival in Japan will help bring together the Vietnamese community living in Japan and Japanese friends will also have cultural exchanges with Vietnamese people. It plays a small part in helping Vietnamese and Japanese friends overcome the epidemic.

With that in mind, we have successfully organized the Vietnam Festival in Japan 2020 at Yoyogi Park, Tokyo, on November 7 and 8, 2020.

Because the Covid 19 epidemic causes travel restrictions, in my opinion, as soon as the regular commercial flights are re-established between Vietnam and Japan, Japanese businessmen and investors will continue to enter the market. Personally, I focus on education and training. In my opinion, economic development needs high quality human resources. I have been advocating for the connection of education and training between the two countries with the mission and goal of supporting Vietnamese students to study and work according to Japanese methods, have good job opportunities and work in Japan. To improve Japanese skills, qualifications and skills to work for Japanese and Vietnamese enterprises operating in Vietnam.

In addition, I also actively connect the needs of the active Japanese elderly to work in Vietnam to share management and operating experiences for young businesses in Vietnam.

My further goal with my Japanese partners is to establish a series of multi-disciplinary promotion activities including: education and training, tourism, food, culture, trade, and investment between the two countries. close friendship and friendship.
